For a while now, I’m always tired when I get home from work. So I decided the other day that first I’m going to do a week of going to bed at 10 since I get up at 6. Hopefully I will have enough energy after work to exercise. Then the next week I am going to go to bed at 9 and get up 5 to exercise before work. And then see which one helps more and go from there.
After reading Kyla Roma’s blog, I decided to try being vegetarian for a month. We’ll see how that goes. One time in elementary school, I decided to be vegetarian because I guess it sounded like the cool thing to do. Yea that didn’t even last a day. This time I’m really committed so it should last longer than that.
Also I will be starting the 365 Project!!
