Inspirational Thursday

Since Thursday I do Yoga, I have decided I will post inspirational quotes.

I especially love this second quote because it’s so true. I have really bad anxiety, pretty much my whole life, but has gotten worse in the last year or so.Yoga helps relieve this anxiety and always makes me feel great.

Where do you do yoga? I think about trying it from time to time, but never get off my fat butt to do it. It's always seemed so "zen" to me.
